Shipping policy

  • All custom upholstery items are made to an order. 
  • All orders are made and shipped prepaid.
  • Customers can be notified via e-mail when orders are shipped upon request.
  • Products are usually shipped within 5-10 days. We will keep you informed if your shipment will be delayed.
  • All returns and claims must be made within 10 days after receipt of any merchandise with freight prepaid.
  • All returns must be accompanied with Return Authorization Number issued by civitas@civitascircle.com.
  • All freight claims must be made directly with the carrier.
  • All back orders will be shipped unless canceled in writing via e-mail.
  • Returned merchandise is subject to 15% restocking charge unless we ship defected or wrong items.
