Services and Support Marine & Indoor/Outdoor Upholstery
MARINE UPHOLSTERY
Customers either bring their boat seats, cushions, benches, carpets, boat covers, Bimini, dodgers, etc. to our facility at 61 Oakwood Road, Lake Zurich, IL from Tuesday to Saturday or bring their boat and park them at our lot.
In our conference area, we assist customers with selection of materials suited for their projects. In addition to our material swatch library, customers can browse on-line stores for other materials or bring their own. Boat seats can be reupholstered in vinyl or fabrics.
Boat covers can be fabricated from acrylic yarn, polyester or nylon fabrics.
Boat carpets can be replaced with traditional pile carpets or vinyl woven carpets with or withour rubber padding.
We restore or replace cushion boards with marine wood or HDPE, foam with soft to extra firm DF marine foam. We can built new seats and cushions from scratch or repair/reupholster existing cushions.
Upon selection of materials, we discuss with customers different types of constructions for their projects.
Once materials and constructions are selected, we open each seat, cushion or bench to assess whether foam and silk film covers, gimps, etc. must be replaced or repaired.
Customers can add custom printed one color logos or names on their boat covers.
Upon the final assessment of the re-upholstery project, we provide customers with a quote.
If agreed, customers pay 50% deposit and we purchase all materials needed for the project.
When the project is finished, we advise customers via e-mail or text message to pick up their order and pay the balance. At addiiotnal charge, we can deliver finished projects to customers.
OUTDOOR UPHOLSTERY
Customers either bring their existing outdoor furniture seats, cushion and benches for re-upholstery or we create a new custom outdoor set. We receive all orders at our facility, 61 Oakwood Road, Lake Zurich, IL, from Tuesday to Saturday.
In our conference area, we assist customers with selection of materials suited for their projects. In addition to our material swatch library, customers can browse on-line stores for other materials.
Upon selection of materials, we discuss with customers different types of constructions for their outdoor sets.
Once materials and constructions are selected, we provide customers with a quote.
If agreed, customers pay 50% deposit and we purchase all materials needed for the project.
When the project is finished, we advise customers via e-mail or text message to pick up their order and pay the 50% balance. At an additional charge, we provide delivery.
INDOOR UPHOLSTERY
Customers either bring their existing furniture seats, cushion and benches for re-upholstery or we create a new custom set. We receive all orders at our facility, 61 Oakwood Road, Lake Zurich, IL, from Tuesdays to Saturdays.
In our conference area, we assist customers with selection of materials suited for their projects. In addition to our material swatch library, customers can bring their own materials or can browse on-line stores at our conference area.

CUSTOM PRINTED NAMES AND LOGOS
We offer one color custom printing names and logos on our products. Customers e-mail their artwork in high resolution to civitas@civitascirle.com after which we provide a quote depending on number of letters and product(s) to be printed.
COMMERCIAL UPHOLSTERY
We offer custom upholstery services for commercial accounts, such as churches, businesses, country clubs, club houses, restaurants, municipalities, etc.
SPECIAL UPHOLSTERY PROJECTS & REPAIRS
We offer services on specialty projects, such as reupholstery of chiropractors' benches, speaker boxes, designing and making or replacing outdoor furniture covers, fire pit covers, headliners, car seat covers, snowmobile seats, truck bed covers, repairs of boat covers, furniture covers, etc. Each project is quoted individually.
In our showroom, customers can purchase ready made or made to order products.
